DRIV-LOK , a recognized leader in fastening strategies and products, has acquired the assets of Hanel Corporation, a manufacturer of precision hydraulic components. The official announcement was made on June 27, 2022. The move to acquire Hanel began last year, as DRIV-LOK explored opportunities to grow their business and serve new industries.
